Welcome to the InVenture Prize competition application!

Registration Period: November 10, 2025 through January 16, 2026.

Important competition dates:

Preliminary round: January 20, 2026

Semi-finals: February 4, 2026

Final round: March 11, 2026

Before You Start:

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the registration. You can't save the progress of the form and would have to restart if not complete.

  • Each team may consist of up to 6 members, who are eligible to participate in the competition. For a comprehensive document of rules & eligibility, please CLICK HERE
  • Only submit 1 application form per team. The student registering the team will be considered as the Team Lead for all communication purposes.
  • To complete the application, the Team Lead will need:
    • GT emails for all team members
    • Have invention descriptions:
      • Short version: up to 12 words
      • Detailed version: up to 500 words
    • An idea for your preliminary round presentation (prototype optional).

Following your initial registration, The Team Lead and team members will receive a follow up email with further instructions. Please read the emails carefully as it will contain further required documentation and information.

Registration Steps:

  1. Team Lead:
    • Log in via SSO and complete the initial application form.
  2. All Team Members:
    • Complete your individual form after the Team Lead registers.
  3. Check emails carefully:
    • Team Lead: make sure GT emails are correct.
    • Team Members: use the same email your Team Lead entered.
  4. Select the correct Team Name from the dropdown.

Once complete, you’ll receive an email with your team number and next steps.
